Guest Valerie Stonebreaker serves the Lord through the LCMS as a career missionary in Togo. As an evangelistic missionary, Valerie serves in a variety of capacities. She teaches English to junior high and high school students. She tutors students at the Centre Luthérien d’Etudes Théologiques (CLET), or Lutheran Center for Theological Studies, in Dapaong, Togo, West Africa, the Lutheran seminary that serves Lutheran churches in several French-speaking countries in West Africa. She also works with the wives and families at CLET.
Valerie aids and encourages Lutheran church leaders of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Togo. She provides leadership to two LCMS-related projects in Togo: a CCCS/Lead a Child project that aids village schools and an LWML-funded project that teaches Moba literacy to village women. Finally, she assists the other LCMS missionaries in Togo as needed. Learn more about Valerie and how to support her at lcms.org/stonebreaker.
