Yogurt Dip: Sweet
Makes 1 serving
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Stir all ingredients until combined. Serve with apple slices and whole grain graham crackers.

Yogurt Dip: Savory
Makes 1 serving
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons ranch dressing or 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix powder
Stir all ingredients until combined. Serve with veggie sticks and whole grain crackers.

Apple Quesadillas
Makes 1 serving
1 flour tortilla
1 small apple, thinly sliced
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Lay tortilla in a pan and top with shredded Cheddar, then apple slices. Fold tortilla in half and cook until golden brown on both sides. Slice into 4 triangles and serve.

Fizzy Milk
2 tablespoons chocolate hazelnut spread
¾ cup cold milk
½ cup sparkling water or seltzer
Mix 2 tablespoons room-temperature hazelnut spread and 3/4 cup milk in a glass. Quickly stir, then pour in 1/2 cup seltzer. Serve immediately.

Coconut Energy Balls
1 cup medjool dates or raisins
1 cup cashews or walnuts
¼ cup ground flax seed
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup vanilla whole milk yogurt
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Form 1 oz balls and roll into additional coconut to coat. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy for a quick energy boost!
