Concordia University Nebraska
Megan Heiser, Admissions Counselor for Concordia University Nebraska, talks about the wonderful community in Seward, Nebraska, that supports the university and students at CUNE. A large percentage of Lutheran teachers have graduated from CUNE, and the Lutheran teacher education and church work programs are quite popular. CUNE boasts a large percentage of student that come from outside the state, which contributes to a unique campus atmosphere. Although the university is in cornfields in Nebraska, campus life is never boring. With a bowling alley on campus, regular movie nights in town, and very popular intramural sports, there’s always something to do. The NAIA Bulldog athletics program is quite robust, with track and field winning national championships and the basketball team making it to the NCAA Tournament. Listen to the interview to learn even more about CUNE!
