Rise and Shine Smoothie
5 Ice Cubes
1 C. Orange Juice or 1 large orange, sectioned
2/3 C. Milk
½ C. Yogurt
1 tsp. Honey
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Peachy Keen Smoothie
½ cup milk
½ cup plain yogurt
1 cup frozen peaces
¼ teaspoon vanilla
1.5 tbsp. honey
cinnamon
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Mason Jar Parfaits
1 cup yogurt, plain
1 tbsp strawberry jam
½ cup sliced strawberries
½ cup blueberries
¼ cup favorite granola
Layer ingredients and sprinkle granola on top. Serve in a glass jar with a lid to take on the go.
